Development of function "Financial Arbiter of the Czech Republic"

The subject of this bachelor thesis is development of function "Financial Arbiter of the Czech Republic". In the first chapter I described the function with the intention of its competence and purpose. After that I outlined the development of this function and I continued to outline preliminary planned changes, which should come into existence probably in 2011. In this thesis I focused on international cooperation with similar foreign organization, as well. In conclusion I thought about importance of financial arbiter to consumers.Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem funkce finančního arbitra ČR. V úvodu práce jsem nejprve charakterizovala samotnou funkci, přičemž jsem se zaměřila na její kompetence a význam. V další části práce jsem popsala její dosavadní vývoj a následně jsem i nastínila plánované legislativní změny, které se pravděpodobně uskuteční v roce 2011. V této práci jsem také zmapovala vývoj funkce finančního arbitra České republiky v oblasti mezinárodní spolupráce s obdobnými zahraničními orgány. V závěrečné kapitole jsem se zamyslela nad významem arbitra pro běžného spotřebitele
